Now in the second year, the event continued to gain momentum, with the question that exceeded the capacity, during the over -limited event. This overwhelming interest emphasizes both the increasing number of women in the logistics industry and the strong demand for spaces where they can connect, collaborate and grow.

The presence of women at WCAWORLD conferences has been steadily increasing over the past year, with the attendance of the global conference that has almost doubled over the past five years. In 2025, women made up almost 30% of participants. Although this does not yet reflect the general population, it is a significant step forward and gives a positive change in the industry.

Some regions make particularly strong progress in gender diversity, with Asia-Pacific leading in both the number of female members and logistical companies owned by women. Over WCAWORLD, nearly 2500 member companies are now owned in women and the number of women participating in the network has more than doubled over the past decade. This growth strengthens the position of WCAWORLD as a place where women can thrive in logistics.

Despite this progress, there is an under -representation of women at senior levels within the industry. With the recognition of this, WCAWORLD is committed to pushing further change, and expanding efforts to support and empower women within the network as they continue to combat a more inclusive and diverse logistics sector as a whole.
